Nicola Gosen L.M.F.T.

I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Bellingham, Washington, and via telehealth for adults in Washington, California, and Idaho. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, disconnected, or tired of carrying too much on their own. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling in relationships, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, with room for humor and genuine connection. Together we work toward greater understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. My life experience includes work in education, caregiving, and several different careers, which helps me bring a broad perspective and appreciation for the many paths people take through life.
